My FinTax Advisor may communicate deadlines based on information and applicable requirements known at the relevant time.

Submission or filing may be affected by government portals, technical problems, server downtime, verification requirements, DSC/e-verification, OTP requirements, banking systems or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where information, documents, approvals or payments are provided too close to or after an applicable deadline, timely completion cannot be assured.

The applicable professional fee and scope may be communicated or agreed before commencement of the relevant service.
We may require full or partial advance payment before commencing or continuing particular services where this forms part of the agreed terms.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Requests to cancel a professional service will be considered having regard to the nature of the engagement, the stage of the work and applicable law.
Where work has already commenced, any refund that may be available may take into account professional work already performed, time spent, costs incurred and third-party or statutory charges already paid or committed.
Government fees, statutory charges, portal fees and amounts paid to third parties may be subject to the refund policies and procedures of the relevant authority or third party and may not be refundable by My FinTax Advisor.

Professional assistance or submission of an application, return, registration or response does not constitute a guarantee that an authority or third party will approve, accept or process it in a particular manner or within a particular timeframe.
9. Specific Engagement Terms
Certain professional services may be subject to a separate quotation, engagement communication, scope of work, proposal, invoice, service confirmation or other specific terms agreed between the client and My FinTax Advisor.
Where specific terms have been expressly agreed for a professional engagement, those specific terms will apply to that engagement together with these Terms.
